16594482), registered in England & Wales, the data controller for personal
data processed through the site. We are registered with the Information Commissioner's Office
(ICO), registration number ZC209486.

3. Our lawful basis for processing
- Legitimate interests - responding to your enquiry, and keeping the site secure and working properly.
- Consent - non-essential (analytics) cookies, which you can withdraw at any time.
- Contract - once a project is agreed, processing the details needed to carry it out.
- Legal obligation - retaining certain financial records as required by UK law.
4. Who we share it with
- Hosting and email infrastructure providers - to run the site and send you a reply to your enquiry.
- Regulators or law enforcement - only where we're legally required to.
We never sell your personal data, and we don't share it with anyone for their own marketing purposes.

- Complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) if you think we've mishandled your data

If you request erasure, we'll confirm your request and then delete or anonymise your personal data within 30 days, except where we have a legal obligation to keep it (for example, financial records required by UK tax law, per the table above).
