This site is a marketing and information site for our building and renovation services. It does not itself constitute a contract for building or renovation work - any such contract is agreed separately, in writing, once a scope and price have been confirmed for your specific project.

Content on this site (project descriptions, guides, photography) is provided for general information only and does not constitute professional advice. Costs and timelines mentioned in our guides are indicative and can vary by property and project.

3. Enquiries

Submitting our contact form does not commit you to any work, and does not commit us to accepting a project until a written quote has been agreed by both parties.

This site's design, code and branding belong to WestBridge Renovations Ltd. Project photography and written content are ours unless stated otherwise, and may not be copied or republished without our permission.

5. Liability

We take reasonable care to keep this website accurate and up to date, but we make no warranties about its completeness and accept no liability for reliance on its content beyond what is agreed in a signed project contract. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded (for example, for death or personal injury caused by our negligence).
